God the builder

Lily - God made everything. He made that building. He made our house, or did builders make our house? Does anyone know? 

Me - covering up laughing too much to give her any answers! 

Owls and eagles, oh my

Annabelle is worried that if we have Lily's birthday party outside, and put the presents out there, that owls and eagles are going to swoop down out of the trees to try to get them. 

I asked her what we should do about it and she says we should put them up high so they can't get them. Lily thought that would make the problem worse, and we should put them under the patio umbrella. 

We talked about this for a while, then Annabelle said 'haha, only kidding!' 

Well thank goodness!

Me - wha?! Where do you learn this stuff!
